I also enjoy coaching.  Recently I decided to follow my passion and join the freelance world, in photography and journalism.  My husband and I have three children and enjoy watching their sport, and travelling.

The Waimak Premiership women’s team picked up their second win of the season in convincing style. Whilst it took them some time to get off the mark against Nomads, once they did it was pretty much one way traffic. Saracens and Glemark Cheviot are still tied at the top of the Country Combined division one rugby competition. Over the weekend Saracens had a dominant win over Woodend 66-11. Glenmark Cheviot also had a convincing win 39-10 over Ohoka, with Richard Taylor celebrating his 50th match for Glenmark Cheviot.  Chasing in third place, Kaiapoi defeated Ashley 36-18. The current Premiership leaders, Hornby, took down the Northern Bulldogs this week 44-10 at Murphy Park. Hornby led 22-0 at halftime, and continued their domination despite the Bulldogs getting points on the board. Hornby remain unbeaten alongside perennial winners, Linwood.
