Pam FraserI have been around sport all my life and am an avid photographer.  Having completed a degree in communications, became a sports administrator. I also enjoy coaching.  Recently I decided to follow my passion and join the freelance world, in photography and journalism.  My husband and I have three children and enjoy watching their sport, and travelling.

A busy morning at Pegasus saw a pleasingly higher than average 107 parkmates complete the circuit (We're sitting just under 68 per week) including our two newbies, Carlos COWIE and Diane CRAWSHAW. The Canterbury Country combined second round produced a very evenly contested match at Mandeville between Ohoka and Saracens. For Ohoka rugby’s Richard Donaldson it was his 100th senior match. At halftime the teams couldn’t be separated, 10-10. However, Saracens managed to take the win 25-24, pipping Ohoka for the points. After losing their opening match last weekend, a repeat of the 2020 grand final against the Linwood Keas, the Northern Bulldogs have bounced back with a convincing win at home, at Murphy Park. The Waimak Championship men’s team have maintained their unbeaten run this season. In the weekend they defeated FCTwenty 2-1 on the turf at Kendall Park. The Rangiora Hockey division one men’s and women’s sides have had opposite starts to their seasons. The women have had two losses from their first two games, going down last week to Avon 1-3, and this weekend they suffered a heavy 0-7 loss to HSOB Burnside.
