North Canterbury netball has been a little disrupted by Covid-19, however the top senior grades were back on court over the weekend. It was the clash of the two Ohoka premier teams, with Ohoka One coming out on top 73-32, and going to the top of the table. They were joined at the top by Central One, who defeated Amberley 53-35. Rangiora High School Senior A managed a hard fought win over Kaiapoi 50-46. There were some close matches across the Senior A grade, with Ashley pipping Kaiapoi 36-34, and Kaiapoi High School snatching a win over Oxford 29-28. Ohoka Four also had an even match with Central Three but were able to get ahead 38-30. In the Senior Reserves there was another very close match with Woodend just getting up over Kaiapoi Three 22-21. Ohoka Three defeated Central 35-16, and the senior students defeated the juniors 38-25, in the match between Rangiora High Senior B and 10A.
